Hi everybody!!! Aitor and me are going to make croissants.
Ingredients:
-Puff pastry
-One egg
Preparation:
We have to cut the puff pastry in triangles.
We have to roll each triangle to make a rolls.
After that, we fold the ends to make the estructure.
Next, we whisk up the egg and with a kitchen brush, we spread it to all croissants.
To finish, we put it in a oven during 15 minutes.
