INGREDIENTS:
- 1 kg of apples (approx. 5 apples)
- 3 eggs
- 9 tablespoons tureens of cognac
- 9 tablespoons tureens of milk
- 9 tablespoons tureens of flour
- 9 tablespoons tureens of sugar
- 3 tablespoons tureens of butter
- Jam of peach (for decoration)
- Cherries (for decoration)
PREPARATION:
1. In a bowl
introduce all the ingredients and just two apples into pieces.
2. Now triturate
everything in order to make a mix.
3. Later, place it in a mold. Cut the remaining
apples into slices to decorate the cake.
4. Once decorated, get it into the oven,
and wait between 30 and 40 minutes. Remove the cake from the oven when the
apples are gold.
5. And finally add the jam over and place a cherry in the centre.
