Two chocolates cake by Natalia Hernández & Julia Serrada

             INGREDIENTS                                                         

         -120g of butter                                                                      
         -125g of black chocolate                                                     
         - 75g of white chocolate                                                       
         - 140g of white sugar                                                            
         - 4 eggs (medium size)                                                      
         - 125g of flour                                                                       
         - 1 packet of yeast                                                                



              STEPS

1) Preheat the oven to 180ºC




2) Put in a bowl the butter with both chocolates chunks. Put it into the microwave for two minutes for thaw it. 


3) In another bowl, mix the egss with the sugar until it makes a whitish liquid.



4) In the third bowl sieve the flour and mix it with the yeast.


5) Add the thaw chocolates to the bowl of the eggs and the sugar. Mix it.

6) Add the flour and the yeast to the other bowl slowly at the same time you mix it with the wire whisk.

7) Spread some butter in the walls of the mold and cover it with a  thin layer. 

8) Pour the dough into the mold. 



9) Bake it for about 30-35 minutes.

10) Finally, wait some minutes before unmolding it. When you unmold it, decorate it with icing sugar (like we did it).
