Chocolate sponge cake with stained wine by Adrián Cortés

Chocolate sponge cake with stained wine


Ingredients

4 eggs
200 grammes of sugar
200 grammes of butter
200 grammes of soluble chocolate in powder (Cola Cao)
110 grammes of stained wine
200 grammes of flour
1 envelope of yeast chemistry (15 grammes)
Icing sugar for sprinkling



Preparation

Preheat the oven to 180 ºC.
Pour the eggs and the sugar into a glass and make a yellow homogeneus mixture.



Take the butter, the soluble chocolate and the wine and whisk.




Add the flour and yeast chemistry and mix (you can do it with a mixer).





 Pour this mix into a container.
 With a spatula or a spoon, extend it.



Put the sponge cake in the oven for 35-40 minutes.
Finally, take the cake and sprinkle it with the icing sugar; you can also decorate the cake with pine nuts ;)


                                                               Enjoy it!






FRIED MILK (by Iván Martín)

Ingredients

-1 litre of milk
-100 gr of cornflour
-200 gr of sugar
-2 yolks
-Orange peel
-Cinnamon stick
-100 gr of flour
-1 spoonful of ground cinnamon
-2 eggs
-Oil



Elaboration

1. Warm ¾ of a litre of milk with orange peel and a cinnamon stick until it boils. Then, withdraw and let stand it.



2. Mix 100 gr of cornflour and other 100 gr of sugar and add ¼ of a litre of milk. Next, add 2 yolks and stir all the mixture.



3. Withdraw the cinnamon stick and the orange peel of the milk which it has been reserved, and pour the milk in the bowl where it’s the mixture. Boil the mixture until it thickens, stirring it all the time.

4. Pour the pastry in a rectangular container. Then, it’s necessary to cool it.



5. Cut the pastry into squares after cool it. Dip the portions of the pastry in flour and egg, and fry them.




6. Finally, dip the fried milk in sugar and ground cinnamon.

Andy and Gustavo - Cake in two minutes

INGREDIENTS:

- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon of oil
- 2 tablespoons of milk
- 2 tablespoons of ColaCao®
- 2 tablespoons of sugar
- 2 tablespoons of flour
- Baking powder

PREPARATION:

1.We put an egg, one teaspoon of oil, two tablespoons of mil, two tablespoons of ColaCao®, two tablespoons of sugar in a bowl. 

2. We mix it.

3. We toss two tablespoons of flour and a bit of baking powder.

4. We mix it again.



5. We heat it in the microwave for two minutes.



6. We let cool it and take it out  of the bowl.

Andrea and Cristina - Mini Apple Pies




INGREDIENTS:
  • 1 flour pastry sheet.
  • 1 apple
  • 1 egg
  • 100g sugar
  • 4 teaspoons of cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoons of limon.




PREPARATION:
1. Take  the apple and cut it into strips.
2. Add in the lemon juice and add the sugar with cinnamon too.


3. Extend the pastry sheet, cut it in circle and it paint with beaten egg.



4. Spread apples over the circles.




5. Close the biscuits and it paint other cape with beaten eggs.
6. Finally, put the oven at 180 º for 20 minutes.

And after.... YUMMY YUMMY

APPLE CAKE by Melissa Flores

Apple cake 
INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 kg of apples (approx. 5 apples) 
  • 3 eggs
  • 9  tablespoons tureens of cognac
  • 9  tablespoons tureens of milk
  • 9 tablespoons tureens of flour
  • 9 tablespoons tureens of sugar
  • 3 tablespoons tureens of  butter
  • Jam of  peach (for decoration)
  • Cherries (for decoration)



PREPARATION:

1. In a bowl introduce all the ingredients and just two apples into pieces. 


2. Now triturate everything in order to make a mix. 

3. Later, place it in a mold. Cut the remaining apples into slices to decorate the cake. 





4. Once decorated, get it into the oven, and wait between 30 and 40 minutes. Remove the cake from the oven when the apples are gold.


5. And finally add the jam over and place a cherry in the centre.

ORANGE CAKE: by Andrea & Alicia

ORANGE CAKE



INGREDIENTS:

- 3 eggs
- 250 grammes of sugar
- 300 grammes of flour
- 1/2 envelope of yeast
- 1/4 glass of oil
- Glass of orange juice
- Butter




PREPARATION:

Preheat the oven to 200ºC

Stir the eggs. Then, mix it with the sugar, orange juice, flour, yeast and oil.





Add orange zest for make the taste better.




You should apply butter on the bottom of the mould, because if not, the cake will stick in it.



Finally, put the cake in the oven 35 minutes and your cake will be ready! ;)


(Advice) If you took it with a glass of milk, it would taste better, TRY IT! :P

Lemon sponge cake by Javier Martín

Lemon sponge cake

Ingredients

-250 grammes of flour
-Half an envelope of leavening
-4 eggs
-150 grammes of sugar
-75 millilitres of olive oil
-Lemon yogurt
-Lemon (rind)





Preparation

Preheat the oven to 200ºC.

Stir the eggs, the sugar, the lemon yogurt and the oil until get a homogeneous blend.


Mix the flour and the leavening and filter them with a strainer in order to avoid the lumps to fall in the blend.


Grate the rind of the lemon. Stir again.


(Optional) Apply a base of margarine in the mould that is going to be used. This way, the sponge cake will not stick to it.


Pour the blend in the mould. Put this one in the oven to 180ºC during about half an hour.

The lemon sponge cake is ready!
